Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Coastal Web Designs is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You only pay a low, one-time custom Web design fee. If you choose to take advantage of our feature-packed Web hosting service, then you simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again. |

Do I need another Web host?
No. Once your custom website is live on the Internet, Web hosting and maintenance will be provided to you by Coastal Web Designs for the low cost of only $14.95/mo. Of course, you are welcome to host your website with a different Web hosting service instead if you prefer. |

What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal using an online secure server. We also accept payment by cheque, money order or bank draft. |

Do you provide customer support?
We offer a variety of support channels: a questions & answers area with full documentation, step-by-step videos to help get you started, and email support. We also provide live phone support during normal business hours (8AM - 5PM PST) to give you real-time support. |
